The overview is provided by Dr. Mark Rouleau of the Environmental and Energy Policy program in the Social Sciences department at Michigan Technological University. Dr. Rouleau is an associate professor of Computational Social Science who specializes in research design and the application of computer simulation techniques to the analysis of environmental and energy policies for sustainability assessment.
