Faculty job with Dept. of Environment & Society, Utah State University, on the Moab Campus

The Department of Environment and Society (https://qcnr.usu.edu/envs/) at Utah State University (USU) invites applications for the faculty position, Assistant Professor in Recreation Resource Management and Nature-Based Tourism. This tenure-track, nine-month position is based in southern Utah at the USU-Moab campus, where the department currently has a cluster of three other faculty. Teaching is the primary role for this position, with research as a secondary role. The successful candidate will develop and deliver educational and research programs from USU-Moab with the potential to capitalize on Moab, Utah’s standing as one of the nation’s premier locations for outdoor recreation and nature-based tourism.
