The Associate Director for Indigenous and Local Community Innovative Finance will lead and manage IP and LC Innovative Finance Incubator projects across diverse geographies and contexts. This will involve the coordination of multiple teams within and outside of TNC to design, plan, budget and fundraise for, and smoothly implement the four components (reiterated below) of each Incubator project.
The Associate Director will report to and support TNC’s Director of Indigenous- and Local Community-Led Finance with strategic and operational development of the IP and LC Innovative Finance Incubator. Eventually the Associate Director will lead project portfolios and associated Centers of Excellence within the IP and LC Innovative Finance Incubator, for example cultivating cross-organizational communities of practice and developing new place-based projects for specific and high priority IP and LC financing models.
